Single Polypropylene Recycling Program In Collaboration With Formosa Plastics Corporation

As corporate emphasis on ESG grows, sustainable development has become a focal point of modern operations. In response, the Formosa Plastics Group has launched a Polypropylene (PP) single-material recycling program. This initiative offers a closed-loop recycling solution to assist businesses in realizing zero waste goals while reducing their environmental impact.

The program integrates upstream and downstream partners and sets recycling targets to create a collaborative industry chain. It aims to achieve complete material regeneration through this cooperation.

Polypropylene is a safe synthetic fiber widely used in medical and sports fields. It can be fully recycled and reused. This recycling program allows corporate users to join the ranks of the Circular Economy, reduce reliance on new resources, and actively promote a circular economy, contributing to their ESG goals.
